Prices
shown are weekly rates for the apartment. We do offer a daily
rate for
short breaks or part weeks, please contact us for an exact
quote.
The weekly price includes
bed linen and towels. We can arrange welcome packs,
shopping and golf bookings. Cot hire on request, highchair
available.
A non returnable deposit of 20% is required to confirm booking.
Full
amount to be paid six
weeks before occupation, along with a £75 returnable
damage deposit. This will be returned on receipt of our agents report. (normally within 14 days)
Arrival
days are flexible, the apartment may not be available before
3pm & departure
should be before 10:00 am on last day (these times may be
negotiable)
Normal
payment is by bank transfer, but if you wish to pay by debit/credit
card, you can book and pay on line at Villarenters, note prices
are a little higher to cover charges
or
use paypal which unfortunately has a 3% surcharge
